Which is more likely your response in regards to your emotional health?

A

Most days I am content and at peace with my life. When something/someone hurts me, I am able to kindly and respectfully address it, honoring myself and the other person.

B

The struggle is real. I spend a lot of time trying to do what I think others want/need me to do and not disappoint or displease them. Or I'm trying to motivate myself to do what I know I need to do!

C

I'm not really an emotional person. I don't really like to think about how I feel. Just seems to make things more complicated and uncomfortable anyway.

I'm alert, attentive, focused, and pretty decisive with good boundaries regarding making space for work, rest, and play!

Foggy brained, indecisive, and fighting fires. Very little bandwidth or margin for anything else in my life right now, much less time/energy for taking care of myself!

My mental clarity and capacity seems to fluctuate. It may even seem to be cyclical or a pattern.

A

I feel grounded in my faith, clarity in my purpose, and confident in my beliefs. Rarely do my convictions/beliefs make me feel guilty or shameful. I rarely question, doubt, or worry because I am confident that I am living out my calling with intention and purpose with all parts healthy and (spirit, mind, and body) fully aligned with God.

B

I often feel confused and uncertain of whether I am doing the right thing or not because I feel a lot of guilt, shame, and/or blame. I am torn between what everybody says I should do or be verses what I feel like I'm really designed to do. There's not a lot of inner peace - mostly wrestling between restlessness and apathy.

C

I am more concerned with other health issues than to be concerned about my belief system. I don't really feel like it impacts other parts of my life. It's a whole separate thing.

Which is more likely your response in regards to your relational health?

A

I am in mutually respectful and honoring relationships. I have a community of like-hearted people where I enjoy being myself and where we honor each other's different viewpoints. I also have a brave, safe space of very close friends/a partner where I belong instead of having to where masks to fit in with them. We are not afraid to challenge or hold each other accountable, and love each other despite our acknowledged shortcomings.

B

I often feel lonely and I have no one to turn to in times of need. I often where a mask to fit in or I help others so they will appreciate and like me, but people rarely help me. I struggle to ask for help and feel responsible to take care of myself rather than burden others.

C

I rarely need anyone or anything. I like being a loner. Safer not to get attached to anyone anyway. I'm less likely to get hurt or hurt someone else. I've been told I'm too sensitive and/or too difficult to deal with.

Not really committed. It'd be nice to be healthier, but not necessary.

I mean, I want to want to...but don't really want to enough to commit to 3 months of effort.

I'm desperate! If things don't change ... well, I don't even want to imagine how bad it will get. HELP!

D

I'm doing all the "right things" it seems, but it doesn't seem to be working! HELP!
