Transportation and Lodging Details:
Onsite Lodging that's included in your retreat: We have 8 to 10 person Glamping tents (x2) - usually pitched near the waterfall/stream or on the mountain top - with comfy cots, mattresses, lighting, and a large battery generator (so it's quiet) for charging electronics (if you need them).
OR Bring your own tent and sleeping accommodations! (Vehicle camping is allowed, too - that's what Trish is known to do!)
Onsite Lodging that's NOT included in your retreat, but can be for a nominal fee - just add it to the "Name you price" section!:
x1 - RV hookup spot is available for $100/night next to the retreat space (must be able to tow up a 9 - 12% grade 1/2 mile gravel driveway with 2 sharp "switchback" turns).
x3 - RV/Pop Up boondocking spots for $50/night + you may bring your own RV- (quiet-ish) generator.
Convenient nature-friendly, sustainable Nature's Head compostable toilet and handwashing station available near the camping spots.
Boonedockers and Tent Campers have access to showers as needed between 8am-9pm.
Offsite Lodging is available.
We have several lodging options near us - some within 1/2 a mile- in Ashe County, NC. Please contact Trish to discuss potential Boonedocking, AirbBnBs, B&Bs, Inns ranging from $75-$250/night.
Offsite recommendations:
River House Inn - Grassy Creek, NC (.5 mile from our entrance - 1 mile with steep grade gravel driveway to the Retreat ... if you like to hike)
Healing Springs Cabins - Crumper, NC (2.5 miles/7 minute drive to our place)
River Song Cabin - Grassy Creek, NC (5 miles/15 minute drive along mostly gravel road from our place)
Prayerful DREAMS: Future tiny cabins, yurts, tree houses, and more creative, comfortable, sustainable lodging options onsite for our guests - when our Ripple Effect Partners help us raise "the roofs" on our abilities to do so!
Flights & Transportation are separate. The nearest airport is Charlotte (CLT), NC with about a 2 hour drive to Ashe County, NC. Please coordinate rentals or rides with others who are going (you will be invited to a private FB page once you are registered to coordinate with other guests).
