Hiking to Heal

Our Wilderness Trail Guides create peer-supported hiking cohorts and thoughtfully planned, progressive walks designed to meet you where you are and gently build confidence, strength, and endurance over time—think “couch to mountaintop.” Whether you’re new to the trail or returning after a season away, each hike is intentionally paced and pressure-free, offering a safe, encouraging environment—secular or faith-infused—where healing unfolds naturally as you reconnect with your body, rebuild resilience, and move steadily toward your own mountaintop, one step at a time.

Eventually, for those who feel called to go farther, there is also a longer-term pathway. With consistent participation and 1–2 years of progressive training, hikers may choose to grow into intermediate and advanced groups, building the skills, endurance, and confidence needed to take on higher mountaintops and more challenging terrain. This journey is never rushed or forced—it unfolds through steady preparation, supportive guidance, and deep respect for your body’s timing—so that when you step onto more difficult trails, you do so grounded, capable, and ready for the climb ahead.

Holistic Health Workshops

Simple Practices. Sustainable Healing. Real LIFEstyles.

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation—or in extremes.
It happens through small, consistent practices that support the whole person.

Holistic Health Workshops at Wild Haven Sanctuary offer practical, embodied tools to support wellbeing across the 5 facets of health: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and relational. These workshops are designed to meet people where they are, offering education, experience, equipment (tools), and encouragement to cultivate healthier rhythms that can be carried into everyday life.

This is not about perfection or performance.
It’s about learning how to care for yourself in ways that are realistic, restorative, and sustainable. What we call Self Sole-to-Soul Care.

RESTore to ROAR Retreats ™️

Rest. Reclaim. Rise.

There comes a time when survival is no longer enough.

RESTore to ROAR Retreats are immersive, nature-based experiences created for women who are ready to move from exhaustion to embodiment, from quiet endurance to grounded strength, from merely coping to courageously living aligned with their God-given purpose.

Held in the healing rhythms of creation, these retreats invite you to slow down, be deeply cared for, and reconnect with who you were always created to be—beneath the layers of trauma, expectation, burnout, or loss.

This is not about fixing yourself.
This is about remembering yourself.

From REST to ROAR

RESTore is about deep restoration—physically, emotionally, spiritually.
It’s where the body softens, the mind quiets, and the soul exhales.

ROAR is not about force or volume.
It’s about rooted confidence, embodied courage, and the steady return of your voice, vitality, and sense of purpose.

You may leave feeling lighter.
You may leave clearer.
You may leave with a renewed sense of direction, strength, and trust in yourself and in God’s presence with you.

An Invitation as are all our offerings...

If you feel a quiet stirring—
a longing to rest deeply,
to heal gently,
and to rise rooted in who you were created to be—

RESTore to ROAR may be for you.

We would be honored to walk this part of the journey with you.
