Hiking to Heal

Our Wilderness Trail Guides create peer-supported hiking cohorts and thoughtfully planned, progressive walks designed to meet you where you are and gently build confidence, strength, and endurance over time—think “couch to mountaintop.” Whether you’re new to the trail or returning after a season away, each hike is intentionally paced and pressure-free, offering a safe, encouraging environment—secular or faith-infused—where healing unfolds naturally as you reconnect with your body, rebuild resilience, and move steadily toward your own mountaintop, one step at a time.

Eventually, for those who feel called to go farther, there is also a longer-term pathway. With consistent participation and 1–2 years of progressive training, hikers may choose to grow into intermediate and advanced groups, building the skills, endurance, and confidence needed to take on higher mountaintops and more challenging terrain. This journey is never rushed or forced—it unfolds through steady preparation, supportive guidance, and deep respect for your body’s timing—so that when you step onto more difficult trails, you do so grounded, capable, and ready for the climb ahead.

RESTore to ROAR Retreats ™️

Rest. Reclaim. Rise.

There comes a time when survival is no longer enough.

RESTore to ROAR Retreats are immersive, nature-based experiences created for women who are ready to move from exhaustion to renewal, from overwhelm to grounded strength, and from simply surviving to courageously living in the peace, joy, and purpose God designed for them.

Rooted in learning from the Author and Creator while resting within the healing rhythms of His creation, these retreats offer space to slow down, be still, breathe deeply, be genuinely cared for, and reconnect with the woman God uniquely created you to be—beneath the layers of burnout, grief, striving, overwhelm, and life’s heavy demands.

This is not about striving harder to put on more masks to be someone you're not.
This is about laying down the masks, rediscovering, and returning to the strength, freedom, and wholeness already woven into you.

This is not about fixing yourself.

This is about remembering who He is, whose you are, and being who you are already designed to Live, Move, and BE ... in Him, His Creation, and His community.

From REST to ROAR

RESTore is about deep restoration—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually - in creation and in a safe community.
It’s where the body softens, the mind quiets, and the soul exhales.

ROAR is not about force or volume.
It’s about rooted confidence, embodied courage, and the steady return of your voice, vitality, and sense of purpose.

You may leave feeling lighter.
You may leave clearer.
You may leave with a renewed sense of direction, strength, and trust in yourself and in God’s presence with you.

An Invitation as are all our offerings...

If you feel a quiet stirring—
a longing to rest deeply,
to heal gently,
and to rise rooted in who you are created to be—

RESTore to ROAR may be for you.

We would be honored to walk this part of the journey with you.
