Whether this is your very first gathering or you've been with us before, we're honored to welcome you into our growing community. Your registration not only reserves your place— your donations help us continue providing accessible, trauma-informed opportunities for healing, hope, and restoration through nature, nourishment, movement, and meaningful community connection.

We believe healing happens best in safe, brave spaces where people are free to come as they are. Thank you for helping make those spaces possible.

🌿 Before We Gather

We invite you to arrive just as you are.

Every Wild Haven Sanctuary gathering is guided by trauma-informed principles. Your body is wise, and you are encouraged to honor its cues throughout every experience.

Everything offered is an invitation—never an expectation.

You are always welcome to:

• Move at your own pace.
• Adapt any practice to your needs (or ask for suggestions before or after sessions).
• Rest whenever needed.
• Keep your audio off during most online gatherings and you get to choose whether video is on or off..
• Participate quietly through observation if that feels most supportive.

No prior experience is necessary unless otherwise noted.


🤝 Our Community Covenant

Together, we help cultivate a safe, brave, and welcoming environment.

As we gather, we agree to:

• Invite fellow friends or family who will agree to these covenants as well to maintain a safe space of grace to gather. (They must register before attending with you).

• NOT to share exact locations of our events/gatherings, nor emails with details of our events, nor this private registrants-only page to those who have not registered for safety and confidentiality of this community.

• Extend grace to ourselves and one another.
• Honor confidentiality, personal stories, and anonymity.
• Respect each person's unique journey.
• Practice kindness, compassion, and curiosity - with yourself and others.
• Celebrate progress rather than perfection.
• Remember that every person and every body belongs here.

Wild Haven Sanctuary is committed to making healing opportunities as accessible as possible.

Your donation supports our facilitators, scholarships, educational resources, community courses, and the continued growth of this mission and vision.

If you're in a season where giving is difficult, we still want you to feel welcome. Please reach out if finances are a barrier—we never want them to stand in the way of healing.

🥾 Hiking to Heal Gatherings

If you've registered for a hike or outdoor gathering, you'll find everything you need here.

Last Thursdays of the Month | 10:00 AM (Eastern Time)

Specific Meeting Location for safety purposes will be sent in a separate email and/or text specifically to HiKing to Heal Registrants.

Please Bring

• Water
• Comfortable hiking shoes
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Daypack
• Snacks (if desired)
• Any personal medications

Weather updates and any schedule changes will be communicated by email if needed.


 

🏕️ Retreat Registrants

If you've registered for a retreat, you'll receive a dedicated Retreat Participant Guide with additional information via email a few weeks before retreat including:

• Arrival instructions
• Packing list
• Daily schedule
• Lodging details
• Emergency contact information
• Frequently asked questions
